PT Tracker is a product of Loco4Learning LLC (Loco4Learning). A person or company that downloads, installs or uses PT Tracker will be referred to as a User.

PT Tracker is a Java program that is available for free. By downloading, installing or using PT Tracker, the User agrees to these Terms of Service.

Loco4Learning is not liable for any failure of PT Tracker to perform as intended. Loco4Learning has no obligation to continue supporting PT Tracker, nor to provide support for any User.

The User shall not sell PT Tracker software to any person or company.

By downloading PT Tracker, the User gives Loco4Learning LLC permission to send the User emails regarding PT Tracker updates. The User can unsubscribe to them via an unsubscribe link in the email.
